Wow, have been real lazy and unmotivated. But I'm back at it.

I have not been blogging since 1st Sept, when Cornerstone started. Well, I am going to try to back date as much as I can.

I have recovered from a bout of flu I caught from Rach via Hongkong and feeling very contented with my life. I must say a wonderful marriage isnt how many loooonnng years you have spent together, but how meaningful and enriching the marriage itself has been. Even as Rod and I reflect on how we both felt our marriage has been just wonderful, we thank God for we know we could not have done it without Him.

To round off the day, Adrian said his prayers as he usually does. It ended something like :- "God pls take care of me, my daddy, my mummy, my kar-cha and my cha-cha. God I love my mummy and daddy. And God today my mummy said I am very cute. Hehe"

I too had to chuckle at that.

Rodney & Rach's birthday came along on 12th and 14th October but we threw a party a few days late cas Rod was in KK. This year was extra meaningful cas we found October to be a month for many celebrations. Drum rolls for the other birthday boys - Jack Chia (15th Oct), Bernard Hiew (23rd Oct) and Derek Chin (31 Oct). It was also the wedding anniversary of The Chins and The Wongs (pity the wong's could not make it). So we celebrated it with each others and for each others.

Jack helped arranged a dinner at a lovely Korean Restaurant at The Pavilion.

Happy Jubilee Year Derek! And Happy Anniversary to you both!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADRIAN!!! You have been such a dear and have made mummy proud on so many occasions. Well, actually today, your daddy had something on (at church) and we thought we'd celebrate your birthday over the weekend but your God-Parents took you out and celebrated with you.

We have all been so blessed having Randolph and Joanne as your God-Parents son, in spite of their busy schedule they have always been there for you. Every year, whenever we are not around, they will quietly celebrate not only yours but Vanessa's birthday too. Adrian, I hope you learn this quality from them.
